How to create Bluetooth COM Port via programmatically

I have code bluetooth paring via programing assigned COM port to that
particular device.

Current application creating Virtual COM port after exist application com
port will be deleted in device.

How i can setup permanent com port via code .NetCF.

Senario
Bluetooth device paired and assigned outgoing com port in device using
manually.

I need to do it in Programmatically please guide me to do it guys valueable
commands appreciated.

pairing and COM port creation (InTheHand.Net.Ports.BluetoothSerialPort).
