I have recently purchased a Microsoft Bluetooth cordless
keyboard and mouse and I am having problems with the
computer not finding them upon a restart or after a
shutdown...If it was just a mouse problem I could use the
keyboard or vice versa.. to log on then get the mouse or
keyboard to work but the fact that I lose both is kind of
a problem...Any ideas out there ??.....Thanks as always in
advance for any assistance in this matter......Drew

Sorry to hear about your troubles! Just wondered if you
had resolved them already and if so, How? I am having the
same problems and it's really getting me down. I have
reinstalled I have updated XP rebooted a thousand times
but still zip!!

I can't even get a number for support anywhere!

Yours in desperation,

Check that you have enabled the Bluetooth options in Control panel /
Printers and other hardware / Wireless link / Bluetooth / Options.

Post an update when you can.

Hope that helps
Pete
