Bluetooth at boot (bios)

I have a Microsoft Keyboard/Mouse Elite for Bluetooth. I have been
researching for several weeks why it will not show up until Windows starts,
can't seem to get a straight answer on this. I would like to disconnect my
PS2 Keyboard from behind the computer. Is there anything I can do, or is
this not an option with Bluetooth devices?

Thank you in advance.

unless the computer has built into the bios bluetooth support, it has to wait till the OS starts to get drivers for it.
