Hello,
i hope we have sp2 installed
try
Start - > Run - > type bthprops.cpl
check if we get the bluetooth application

if nothing happens
check for the same file (bthprops.cpl) in systm32 folder

if we dont have the file we need to expand the file from the os cd
command to expand a file from the cd on cmd
expand d:\i386\bthprops.cpl c:\windows\system32

try these thngs and lets c ..
