I have just acquired a bluetooth enabled phone. I want to use it with my PC
(XP Pro, SP2). The Bluetooth Devices option does not appear in Control Panel.
I tried running bthprops.cpl, but nothing happens. I am obviously missing a
step. Can anyone tell me what it is?

Hi Richard.
What kind of BT device do you use in you PC? Is it a built-in one or an
external one e.g. BT USB key? Probably you should check whether you have
installed all required drivers.

As mentioned it depends upon the phone; If it's a Nokia you need to
install PC Suite.
