Bluetooth wireless mouse

i changed the batteries in my " wireless intellimouse
explorer for bluetooth" and now my mouse wont work ..

"things i have tried"
rebooting computer
pushing the button on bottom of mouse
reinstalling software


PLEASE HELP !!!
