Bluetooth -- where is it??

I have a Motorola Bluetooth Dongle. Drivers installed fine and it shows up
in Device Manager. I can't find where to manage it.

The help in Vista Business says:
Click the Start button, click Control Panel, click Printers and Other
Hardware, and then click Bluetooth Devices.

It's just Printers in Control Panel, not Printers and Other Hardware, so
there is not place to setup a Bluetooth pairing

Microsoft.com says

To install most devices, such as a mobile phone, keyboard, mouse, or
personal digital assistant (PDA), you can use Bluetooth Devices in Control
Panel. If you have Bluetooth wireless technology installed on your computer,
follow these steps:

To install a Bluetooth enabled device
a. Click the Start button, click Control Panel, click Hardware and
Sound, and then click Bluetooth Devices.

b. Click Add, and then follow the instructions.

There is no entry for Bluetooth Devices.

Where the heck do I manage it?

The help in Vista sucks.

Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > there you will find expanded options
including Bluetooth.

No, unfortunately, I won't :)

As I mentioned in my original post, I have already looked there and
Bluetooth is not an available option.

Mine is not. It is as if Vista doesn't even know there is a Bluetooth
device, yet it is in Device Manager!!

How did you install the device, did you just plug and play or was there some
sort of installation software? It may be that the installation software
disabled the built-in windows Bluetooth configuration and then installed a
configuration application that isn't Vista compatible.

Only the new D200 dongle is Vista compatible and it really only connects a
headset for listening to music or VOIP no other functions. My PC850 dongle
just sits there as a Motorola Bluetooth Device and the Widcomm drivers wont
install, so in Vista it's pretty useless.

Further to my previous message. If you install the PC850 Widcomm drivers in
the Administrators account (not as a User with Admin rights) and use
compatibility mode, they will install and be fully functional.

Peter thanks for your help, however my problem is that BLUETOOTH is not
available to me at all in the HARDWARE & SOUNDS application as stated in the
VISTA help text.

Has anyone else had this problem and found the solution
