Bluetooth support in SP2

I've read that Bluetooth support is supposed to be in SP2. If I go into
"Help and Support" after installing SP2, there is information about
configuring Bluetooth devices. It references opening the "Bluetooth
Devices" control panel applet. I have no such applet.

Digging deeper, I can see that it wants to open bthprops.cpl. I, indeed, do
have this file on my SP2 system, but launching it does nothing.

I am using a Dell D600 laptop with a Bluetooth device installed. The device
is working properly within Device Manager. I do not have any other Dell
Bluetooth software installed.

Is this something that is a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks,

I managed to answer my own question just after posting it. I had to go into
the device manager and tell the "Dell TrueMobile Bluetooth Module" to update
its drivers. That caused Windows to install the "Microsoft Bluetooth
Enumerator" device. Now, I have the control panel applet.
