Bluetooth problem

Nick

I'm using XP Pro with SP2.
P4 3.4ghz with AVG & ZA installed.
Have just tried to install a logitech bluetooth desktop.
I am very new to xp and know nothing of bluetooth.
I have installed the new hardware/software by following the instructions.
The mouse is recognised and works fine. The keyboard is not working.
During installation there were no windows pop-ups about new hardware etc.
In control panel and device manager there is no mention of any bluetooth
devices.
All help/support/kb & googled files lead me back to bluetooth in the
control panel, but it is not there!
I've tried adding optional Windows components but I can't find any mention
of bluetooth there either.

Can anyone point me on the right track please.

Many thanks

Nick.
