Bluetooth not in my control panel

The "Bluetooth Devices" is not in my control panel. I have Windows XP
professional w/service pack 2.
I've just installed a wireless keyboard and mouse successfully with the
drivers, but the "bluetooth devices" is not in my control panel to finish
successfully. Don't know why?

Hi,
In my case I am looking for the bluetooth under control panel to turn in
off and is not appearing under control panel.
