I got no reply the first time so I'll give it another try:

My bluetooth connection doesn't work anymore after a wrong move on my
part (I suppose).
What can I do to restore it?

You probably didn't get an answer last time for the same reason you probably
won't this time.
No specific information.

We don't know what your computer is, if the bluetooth was a built-in adapter
or one purchased/installed seperately, what operating system you are
running, what service pack level and patch level you are at, what you have
done to troubleshoot on your own, etc. What was your "bad move" you are
laying claim to?

"Doctor, my appendage hurts, what can I do?"
"Stop using your appendage!"

*grin*

The reason you did not get a reply is that this is a newsgroup posting, not
email support. You need to check back periodically in order to see any
suggestions (which there are some!) attached to your original post.

Computer is a Dell Inspiron 6400 running XP SP2 with a built-in
Bluetooth adapter. I figured I have done something wrong because the
Bluetooth connection that used to work doesn't work anymore. since I
haven't used this connection for over a week I cannot figure out what I
have done wrong.
Troubleshooting on my own: Went through "help" and got this:
"If your mobile phone can also communicate with your computer over a
Bluetooth wireless network to perform tasks such as contact
synchronization or file transfer, then use Bluetooth Devices in Control
Panel to install your mobile phone"

But when I click on "Bluetooth Devices" nothing happens, as I have no
such entry in Control Panel.

Is this better?

Daniel

I meant "a reply" on the group!
