Bluescreen on LG R200 something with ndis.sys

I´ve tried google but no luck.
Fault bucket 0xD1_AGR1310_60+7d7c, typ 0
or
Fault bucket 0xD1_AGR1310_60+82af, typ 0

Obviously its something with the Agere Ethernet adapter but i cant find any
newer driver. I have the exact same problem on two identical laptops.

Driver: c:\windows\system32\drivers\agr1310_60.sys
Nic: Agere Systems ET-131x PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller

I´ve get BSOD several times a day, and often when i have much traffic on the
nic.

It does not have to be a newer driver - it's possible that the current driver
is corrupted. But, since this is occurring on 2 systems, I'd wonder about
that also.

Download the latest driver from the Agere website (now owned by LSI) This
website doesn't like me, so I'm not able to locate the drivers section myself.

Then uninstall the current driver and reboot the system.
Then install the freshly downloaded driver and see if that fixes the issues.

If not, I'd either try older drivers or would email Agere tech support.

Also, when after reboot Windows offers to send error
report to Microsoft, please consider sending the reports.
Microsoft forwards this data to hardware vendor (Agere),
this helps them to know about the problem and fix the driver.
