Blue tooth devices

How do I get a list of Bluetooth devices that my system ( i.e Laptop) is
connected with. Also if the device is available in the list, but
disconnected I should be able to connect to. Can I do this programmatically?

It depends a lot on the Bluetooth stack on the device. Widcomm and MS
stacks are accessed differently from what I remember. I've used
http://franson.com/bluetools/ before and thought it was pretty good.
