doubtful it is the memory itself, somebody is killing a system critical
process (winlogon, smss, etc)

Debugging Tools for Windows (Microsoft Confidential Version)
Bug Check 0xF4: CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION
The CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION bug check has a value of 0x000000F4. This
indicates that a process or thread crucial to system operation has
unexpectedly exited or been terminated.

Parameters
The following parameters are displayed on the blue screen.

Parameter Description
1 The terminating object type:

0x3: Process

0x6: Thread

2 The terminating object
3 The process image file name
4 Pointer to an ASCII string containing an explanatory message [ Is this
correct? The bugcodes.w file just says, "Explanatory message (ascii)". ]

Cause
Several processes and threads are necessary for the operation of the system.
When they are terminated for any reason, the system can no longer function.

Hey, first of all thank you so much for your support! Really! I'm pretty
hopeless!
Anyhow, It seems like good advice to running the " Debugging Tools for
Windows" before screwing and taking out the memories!
But I still have two (critical) questions:
1. Which version should I download?
Those are my doubts:
a. on the one hand I have windows xp professional x64 edition (includes
service pack 2)
b. and from the outer hand I have tow folders of program files: Program
files and program files (x86) meaning I've lots of info that related to
'kernel' on the "event viewer"
so which version should I download?
The "64-bit Native x64 version 6.11.1.402" ==or== the "32 bit version
6.11.1.402"?
2. What memory test (software) is recommended for my system, incase its the
memory itself?

Two things I bump into:
3. When I insert cd or d.v.d win doesn't open it automatically, only when I
band on it, and in the event properties it said that "the COM+ event detected
a bad return code during its internal processing"
4. I can see in the "event viewer": Event ID: 0 ==and it says: could not
detect IIs installation or IIs is disabled, skipping the web host script
mappings since it depends upon IIS function property."

Hope to get a response
All the best
noa

If you want to debug a system critical process, download the 64 bit debugger

Hello everybody,
I've tried to run the programs (according to your recommendations):
memtest86 and memtest86+ (lest versions that should fit my system!) but my
system couldn't handle it. ahh..And I don’t have two systems so the "
Debugging Tools for Windows " was irrelevant to my case..? or maybe I miss
understood something- should I have two systems in order to run this program?
) anyway, I tried to install another windows (4 times) because I wanted to
check if the memtest86 will fit to win 32 bit- and then- the blue screen of
hell appears after the installation has restarted!! and I got this message:

"a problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent
damage to your computer.
if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart our
computer. if this screen appears again, follow these steps:
check for viruses on your computer. remove any newly installed hard drives
or drove controllers. check your hard drive to make sure it is properly
configured and terminated. rune CHKDSK /F for hard drive corruption, and then
restart your computer.

0x00000000000000000 , 0x00000000000000000 *** STOP :

moreover, as I already said, when I'm working on my computer I'm getting
another kind blue screen:

*** STOP: 0X0000F4 (0X00000003, 0XFFFFFADED2823040 , FFFFADED28232A8 ,0

beginning dump of physical memory

so… here are my conclusion/ questions regarding to those 2 kind of reboots:
1. It have something to do with my 2 optical drives/device, because:
a. I cant burn CD
b. both media player and VLC player causing me reboots
c. windows doesn't recognize the disk automatically,
d. nero installation(100% legal) came with error
e. and its not virus!
f. I can acutely hear the problem case etch time I insert DVD/CD I hear
sound of a strong (intermittently) creaking!

2.But maybe it have something to do with my MOBO!! cause the reboot appear
also when I'm not using the optical drives. its causing reboots particularly
When I'm playing media - but it doesn't happens immediately. I also have a
very strange problem with reading files! sometimes my software programs gave
me this message "can not read the file" something like that..

3.I took out the memory stocks and check each one. I also bind another hard
disk and every thing functions o.k

4.ohhh.. and one more thing, apparently the windows insulation is from an
"image" (something like Symantec ghost) I discover it case in the "shop
laboratory" they told me that they format my computer, but now I know that it
was doubtlessly impossible (and I also notices the log files etc. so I have
no doubts) could this "image issue" be part of my problems? I really don’t
think so, but I'm asking anyway

p.s.1:
please answer to my issue.. I don’t have any programming background so I'm
sorry if part of what I say sounds superficial…
If you can direct me to some file that might gave you more footing to my
reboots you are welcome.

p.s.2:
you can see my hardware list at the topic message
