Blue Screen

I got a blue screen on start up-I had the folowing error in administrative
tools-hanging aplication Dncle.exe version 1.1.0.3463
Any help apreciated

Can you get into Safe Mode? If yes, run msconfig and disable unnecessary
programs from the Startup tab to troubleshoot this.
