Ok this is really weird, as I have yet to encounter
something like this:
I turn on the computer, and it comes to that screen taht
says Mircosoft Windows XP loading and that loading bar at
the bottom of the screen. Immediately after that, it is
supposed to give us the screen with all the users.
However, it just gets a blue screen for a fraction of a
second... the only thing I managed to read was 'STOP'
and 'corrupt or missing' but I could not catch what file
it was. The computer than restarts, and same thing
happens if I try to get to safe mode.
On the windows knowledge base (Article#: 310396), it was
suggested that I replace the kernel32.dll file. That did
not work either.
I could use some help here!
