I'm trying to setup my new Verizon DSL software, and keep getting a Blue Screen. I do not have the problem when using dialup?

I recieve the following error messages

Stop: 0x0000007E (0x0000005, 0xF2B00BF4, 0x7EE5AE0, OxF7EE57E0

Detect AC2000.sys - Address F2B00BF4, Base at F2AF8000, Datestamp 3DD9458

Usually, with a Blue Screen, there is also an error mesage or error code number. Both would be more than just a little useful in trying to solve the Blue Screen problem.

Ivee, I tried looking this up in the knowledge base, and it came back with a possible driver issue. Do you have any thoughts

not without some info...what was the error code? If it's a driver, what was the reccomendation? Update driver? Install new driver? Driver conflict

Hi Ivee, Unfortunately, it didn't give any info for the error I got.

Read this link...also, do a Google, type in 'verison dsl troubleshooting' and see what you find..If you do come up with the answer, post it, I'd like to know. Also, there is a very good forum, The Elder Geek, that you might want to check out...lots of brainiacs there who can help
