Blue screen Win XP PRO

I keep getting the blue screen on my Dell Optiplex 260
and the floowing error message:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x0000000A
I have not installed any new hardware and don't believe
that I have installed any software either.
 
I get blue screens about every hour. I have a killer system
and the stupid thing can't even idle without crashing. I
have no clue but mine is custom built by me and its a power
house so hardware is no issue. I think its just windows
showing its butt. I love my reset button. We work together
alot!
