0X0000000) I have been unable to find anyone else with the same stop
message. The last crash also created a mini-dump - Below are the results.

If you have the time and patience why not try to "repair" windows and see if
it can correct any system files that may have been corrupted. Before repair,
be sure to only have all the cables from the pc disconnected except mouse,
monitor and kb. To begin repairing, boot up from windows cd, select new
install, select repair current installation.....Remember if asked to chkdsk,
select yes.

If you find your windows operational again and without problems connect one
device back into the pc at a time. Maybe one per day so you can monitor your
pc. If the problem still exists, then it may be easier to diagnose - lets see
what happens first.

databaseben,

Thx for the reply. What makes you think the issue is the OS? I would like
to be sure that this Stop message is related to software or Hardware.

Thx

Since there is no other information avail regarding the stop error and since
the error is stopping the o.s., then using the repair feature would be one
option in attempting to correct any problems that the o.s. is
encountering...... Its only a suggestion and its only an option for you.

If your o.s. is functional and you don't want to repair or reinstall the
o.s., then you can spend some time hunting down the problem. There are logs
you can view, like the boot log. Select boot logging from the boot menu, eg
f8 key. There are other logs avail as well via admin tools, svcs, eg event
viewer, performance. To understand these logs, you may as well go to
microsoft.com and look for the kb's detailing them....... Here is a clue that
might help: Keep in mind that the o.s. was designed to be extrememly
functional. What causes the o.s. to perform poorly and produce erros is
usually a result of non micrsoft software and hardware....
