Blue screen stop error

I recently upgraded my pc with a new MB and CPU (gigabyte k8n51gmf-9 and
Athalon xp 64 3200+) and new video card (evga geforce 6200tc 128Mram) .
After the upgrade I did a repair install of my windows xp sp2. Now when
playing W.o.W. I get an error ( Machine_check_exception) and have to
reboot. Does anyone have any idea what this error is and how to fix it?

Sound to me it may be a hardware problem, to check run a diagnostic
program to see if it finds anything. If not I would wipe your hard
drive and try a fresh install, to make sure all the drivers are loaded
right. My guess is doing a clean install will prob. fix it.
