Every time i turn on my computer, windows xp home, i get
that blue screen that says "a problem has been detected
and windows has bun shut down to prevent damage to your
computer" then underneath it says RDR_FILE_SYSTEM. Then
underneath that it goes on about bios and removing
recently installed hardware which i tried. Then
underneath that it says Technical Information:
***STOP: 0x00000027 (0xBAAD009C, 0xF7DBB4CC, 0xF7DBB1CC,
0xF7C6AAD9)
***cdr4_xp.sys - address F7C69000, Datestamp 3d5b1674

I really need help, with this happening i can't even get
into windows to try to see whats wrong. I am starting to
think virus.

Hi there - I have the same problem but it's not a virus.
It's connected to the Easy CD / Direct CD program.
I'm trying to sort the problem out too...
I went to Roxio's website and downloaded the update which apparently
gets rid of this blue screen problem. Ha ! I tried it - I followed
all their instructions and I still can't stop that blue screen from
coming up.
I keep having to reboot and then press F8 and go to "last known good
configuration".. What a mess...
I hope you found an anwser... I'm still looking...
