I have a Soyo Computer with a SY-K7VEMPRO motherboard, 40G HD, 256 Ram and
Windows XP Pro that I built a few months ago. I have been getting the BSOD
with the following error messages.
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA the stop code is 0X00000050. I also get
IRQL....... but this one lists my TRID3D.DLL as the problem. I used the CD
drivers that came with the computer and have tried to update the drivers
from the windows XP Pro CD. I have completed all of the updates from the
Windows site, updated Roxio, Norton 2002. I am running ZoneAlarm. I have run
CHKDSK /F /R, Norton Systemworks, I have turned off caching and back on, I
ordered a new BIOS chip with the latest updates.
The computer may go 4-5 days with no problem or it may act up 3-4 times in a
day. I did had a USB cable connected to the computer with no device attached
and have removed that. Does anyone have any suggestions?
