Blue Screen of DEATH!

I simply can not pin point what is causing all these stop error messages in XP Professional edition. They Vary but the one that comes up the most is the Win32k.sys file. I have reformated the HD twice and add device drivers and software slowly until I think I can see what is causing it but it seems to be totaly random for the most part. does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do to fix this?
