Blue Screen of death when you logon!

Can anyone help!

I have a win2k advanced server.

When you press ok to logon the server blue screens saying:

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED 0x0c000005

Ther server is also running exchange 2000 and
intermitantly the system hangs and wont except mail. I
can look at this problem because of the problem loggin in!

If poss would appriciate reply by email

Did you install anything different or made any changes prior to this? What about booting up in last known successful configuration or safe mode?
