Blue Screen of Death, System will not start at all

My boss's home computer has the Blue Screen and errors. I don't know what he
was doing at the time but had recenntly upgraded his Norton software (couple
weeks ago). Below are the errors:

That file belongs to the Intel Application Accelerator. Much as I hate
Norton, I don't think it is involved.

Try Last Known Good Configuration (F8 as the computer is starting up).

If you get in, uninstall the Intel Application Accelerator.
