Blue Screen Message

My system has just blue screened on me after I downloaded
some additional windows updates. The message was as
follows:

STOP: 0x0000000A
(0x805E7096,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x805E7096)

Anyone have an idea on what this is all about?b
