Blue Screen ... HELP ME PLZ

hey can anyone help me please ... sometimes when i’m using my laptop a
blue screen comes up and re-boots my computer. when it loads back up i
get a msg box saying "Windows has recovered from an unexpected
shutdown"

Youre best bet is to open event viewer,locate the event/warning,click on the
enclosed url,this opens knowlege base help/support in xp,usually with a fix
to
the specific problem...Also,in system properties,uncheck the box in
error/events
that tells the pc to reboot..
