Blue screen for dell laptop w/xp

I can't seem to find info about this on ms website. The
details are:
stop: 0x00000024 (0x001902FA,0XF59791E0, 0XF5978EE0,
0XF9112504)

It happened after downloading an update from ms while my
norton virus scan was running.

Thanks for your help. Now it's telling me
target_mdl_too_small stop error 0x00000040 (sounds like a
complaint from my girlfriend!) Time for some live tech help
