Blue Screen Error

I get this.

Disable or remove any newly installed hard or software.
Diable bios memory options such as shadowing or caching.
If you need to use safe mode to remove, restart PC. press
F8 to select advanced set up options, then select safe
mode.

XXXSTOP: 0X00000076
(0X00000000,0X81E096BO,0X000000001,0X00000000)

Has anyone got any idea what that means?
 
There is also a hotfix for a similar issue with the redirector:

Sorry for being short but I'm not home at the moment, the article says 2k
but applies to XP just as well.
