Blue screen error meaning

I'm occasionally getting a blue screen when I boot up and
when I go into windows get a message saying that my
system as recovered from a serious error. The code given
is 'BCCode : 1000008e BCP1 : C0000005 BCP2 :
805225C3 BCP3 : F9B943C8
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 0_0
Product : 256_1'

Any ideas what this means?
