Blue screen during bootup after installing term server

I installed terminal server on a win2K advanced server
When I rebooted the machine, I get the <CtRL><ALT><DEL> to
sign in and it stays on a blue screen with no errors and
does not load the desktop.

Any help would be greatly apprecialted,

Did you happen to change the permissions on your Windows
or System32 directory? Sometimes if the system/user can't
write to those directories you can get a similar problem
to what you are experiencing.
