When I open my directory in explorer some Doc. names are in Blue and some are
in black. Why?

The ones in blue are compressed.

Right-click one, select Properties, then click Advanced. Notice the check
box that says "Compress contents to save disk space". When that box is
checked, the file name becomes blue. The other box there, "Encrypt contents
to secure data", makes the file name green. When neither is checked, the
name is black.
