Blue Icons - Change back to black

I recently used the defragmented my disk and now some of
the icons and things are written in blue font instead of
black. (If that makes sense)...

Is there any way I can fix it so that all icons in
windows are in black font? Thanks.

Open "My Computer"

Tools > Folder Options > View
Uncheck "Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in color"
