Blue Dot with Exclamation in DHCP

I was installing a DHCP and from time to time after
setting up the scope, I would get a blue dot with an
exclamation mark. Some one told what that meant along
time ago. Since then, I forgot what it means. I was
looking for something in the TechNet support, but there
is nothing to tell me what this means. Can someone tell
me or direct me to where I can get the information.

Hi Dan,

A blue exclaimation mark on the server means, "DHCP server alert. No
addresses are available from server scopes, the maximum (that is, 100
percent) of the addresses allocated in server scopes for use are currently
leased. This represents failure of the DHCP server on the network, as it is
not able to lease or service any more clients"
