Has anybody used Frontpage 2003 blogging tool?

I was unaware that FP 2003 had such a tool. What do you click on to bring it

here's a very simple and easy to use "blog":

you've got to be able to use .asp on your server though. I've tried it and
it works just great with FrontPage!
