depends on where they are... if at the top opposite of the date, it's a
secondary calendar. tools, options, calendar... there is an option to show
an alternate calendar.
I cannot picture what you're seeing at all. More information please --
Outlook version, whether you're looking at the main calendar (large) or one
of the mini calendars on the side, if you're in Day View, Work Week View,
Week View, or Month View...etc.
