I want to block specific web sites from accessing my
computor while on line. Namely linkz.com and
shopnbc.com. How do I do this in internet explorer ?
thanks

don't know if this is what you want, but internet option,
security, resticted sites. add what you want. but you
might have some software in your pc that connects to
these sites. trojans or cookies.

This host file will block linkz.com if shopnbc.com is still an issue you can
add it in the hosts file. It's a text file.

The best way is to block the server from tracking you in the first place
Blocking Ads with a Hosts File and AdShield. Under the Security Tab download
the hosts.zip file.
