I want to be able to forward my vcard but I do not what
others to be able to click the activities tab and view my
recent activities. Is there a way to block this??

You don't have to do anything at all. They will not be able to see anything
like that, unlike if you open the vCard yourself on your computer.

I have sent vcards to other people and the activities tab still shows all the
activity from my emails. how can I stop this information from being passed
on. I am running office 2003 on 2003 server

As Ken says, no such information is transmitted. Open up the .vcf file in
Notepad -- it's just a text file -- to see for yourself.
