Blocking Internet access by GPs?

Hi,

I have few workstations in a Win2003 (AD) network which need to be blocked
from internet browsing but still be able to see the network. Can I disable
the IE by GPs under the Computer configuration? I couldn't find any. I don't
want to use VLAN configuration on my switches since it would be too much
work. Any comments would be appreciated.
