i have two seperate companies with two seperate email address in one outlook.
when i send an email it shows only one company and is confusing when i send
to people for the other company so i only want it to show my name.

You can have displayed whatever you want by filling in the "Your Name" field
of your accounts' properties. Your recipients should see that string in
their "From" field. If you include any address at all in your account, they
may see that, too, like "Brian Tillman ([email protected])" or "Brian
Tillman <[email protected]>". People who use Outlook will see your name
only, but they'll easily be able to determine your address by
double-clicking your name.
