Blocking e-mail in Outlook 2003 ?

Outlook allows you to "block" e-mail. The problem is that it is not really
blocked, but only sorted and moved to a junk mail folder. Is there any way
in Outlook 2003 to actually block receipt of the e-mail? I don't even want
to receive it, I want it returned to the sender as undeliverable.

Thanks,
Don

But please don't have it returned as undeliverable. It won't get you
removed from the spammer's lists, and it just adds a greater burden to the
already over-burdened email system of your ISP.
