blocking dreamweaver ftp access to net?

I believe that the antispyware software realtime
protection agents are blocking Dreamweaver from using FTP
to upload web pages.

Does anyone have advice on how to configure it to avoiod
this?
 
Can you demonstrate this? Simply stop the application, and check using Task
Manager whether all the related processes are stopped.

I see GIANTAntiSpywareMain.exe and gcasDtServ.exe

I wouldn't expect the agents to interfere without an alert, but there could
be something subtle going on, I suppose.
