blocking cookies

I have set the blocking of cookies after asking me first Yes or No.
Given the flow cookies that ask repeatedly to be admitted I would like to
review another setting, but cannot locate it anymore in the maze of Internet
options.

A pointer please.

Try to check the [ ] always apply this setting check box on the same
pop-up window.
