blocking attachments

For some reason MS Outlook has suddenly decide to block .exe attachements
(even web links) saying they may be potentially dangerous. I cant seem to do
anything in security. Also I now have RED text !

If anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful.

it's a security feature added to Outlook- see

Thanks for replying Diane. I have seen that solution but as I am not very
technical I am not sure whether I should attempt that!

Do you have an answer for the red text? It seems very strange that when I
write a new mail my text comes up in red now.
