Blocking attachments

If you are going to block then let me

a/ have a chance to make the decision my self
b/ regardless of leave messages on the server settings leave it on the
server so I can download via another email client
c/ Blocked it before Outlook downloads ALL 10MB and wastes my time

I have AV software I do NOT this feature

FWIW, you can configure the attachment blocking feature of Outlook 200x by
manually modifying the registry, policy object (local or domain), or by
using 3rd party programs like Attachment Options
