Blocked Senders

I added a huge amount of senders to the Blocked Senders list, but still get
them appearing in the Junk Mail folder. I get hundreds of junk mail each day
and was hoping that this would stop them from showing.

Is there something else I need to activate to make this work?

No, I did not add senders domain. Now that they are in blocked senders can
I easily transfer them all at once to the senders domain, or do I have to do
each one again as they come in to the Junk Mail Folder?

When this is done, will they no longer get to the Junk Mail?

From what I've seen, mail blocked with the Blocked Senders
list still gets added to Junk Mail.

If you'd rather delete such messages, another way of asking
for this works better. Open the message in the Inbox, then
click Message, then Create Rule From Message, then Email,
then Delete it. If you want to block the whole domain, click
on the blue message starting with contains, then type the part
of the return address that appears after @, then click Add,
then OK. Click OK again. This won't do anything to the
messages that have already arrived, but should delete any
that arrive in the future, unless the sender or the sender's
domain is also on the Blocked Senders list, in which case
only the Blocked Senders action takes place.
 
That is the default unless you have the option "Permanently delete
suspected junk e-mail..." enabled.

The theory is that there is a chance that you blocked someone by
mistake, and the Junk E-mail folder gives you one last chance to
see the message headers before you delete that message permanently.

Incidentally, using the blocked senders list for typical spam is an exercise
in futility. Spammers seldom use the same return address twice.
