blocked senders list

I'm still trying to learn about Vista.
How do I access the blocked senders list for review and possible alteration?
I couldn't find it in my tools or message rules listings!?!? retlas
 
You can find it under Tools>>Junk e-mail options.

There are lots of options there. Don't forget to check the safe senders tab.
Put a check mark on the option to "trust e-mail from my Windows Contacts".
