Blocked Links in OL 2003

All of a sudden, OL 2003 is blocking any links I receive in email messages
sent to me. I can go to the top of the message to unblock but don't want
this feature. How can I turn it off? Thanks.
 
It's a protection from phishing feature. You can find the option to turn it
off in the Junk E-mail options dialog (Actions > Junk e-mail > Junk E-mail
options). Not recommended...
