blocked installation of XP/Home

I am trying to run the upgrade version installation of
XP/Home. I am upgrading from Windows Me.

At the end of the 'Preparing Installation' step of my
installation of XP/Home, I get a blocking issue. It says
that the 'Microsoft Shared Fax Client' software must be
uninstalled first. But when I go to Add/Remove programs,
I do not see this program available.
 
Go to Add/Remove programs click on Add/Remove Windows Components (the
thumbnail on your left third from the top. In there you will see a window,
the second item is probably Fax Services. Uncheck that box, click on next
etc. This should uninstall you Fax services, if MS Windows XP is working
that day?
