Blocked from accessing my account details

I try to access my account details on at least two different websites and
get blocked on each one. The only message that appears is 'Error on page' in
the bottom left-hand corner of my screen. This is not a server problem
because I can access these sites easily when using a friend's computer. This
problem has only recently occurred.

I am running XP and have installed Service Pack 2.

Have already tried by designating the sites as trusted sites
but that didn't get round the problem.

My "Trusted Zone" has the slider all the way down at the
minimum (Low). My Internet and Intranet Zones are at Medium and the
Restricted Zone is maxed at High.

The browser uses "HTTP 1.1 over Proxy Connections".

An example of the website blocking me is tiscali.co.uk. The body of their
home page appears and Trusted Zone shows in the bottom
righthand corner of the screen, but when the banner of their home page
appears containing the links that I wish to use Unknown Zone (Mixed) appears
at the bottom righthand corner of the screen. Rightclicking on the banner
area, then Properties shows the protocol as 'Unknown Protocol'.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

This is a Microsoft Access database newsgroup. If you would look at the
other messages out here, you'd see they all pertain to building and securing
databases with Microsoft Access, not getting into websites on the Internet.
